Meet Your Personal Trainer: Shannon Mink
Shannon Mink
Hi, I’m Shannon Mink—a certified personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science and Wellness. I've spent years helping adults 50 and older feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies.
I created Senior Strength Anywhere after so many family and friends asked for a program they could do at home with little equipment. They wanted power, plain support, weight loss, or just to start exercising—but they didn’t know where to begin.
During COVID, I started Zooming with my clients or texting them weekly workout videos, and they loved it. They could keep making progress from their homes or while traveling. That’s when I knew I had to help more people.
This program isn’t just an exercise class. We start by learning the basics and then build from there.
I’ve seen what strength training can do—how it helps you move better, feel better, and live stronger. I can’t wait to help you feel that for yourself.
